Fulfillment Policy for Content Therapy

At Content Therapy, our services are primarily fulfilled in person, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Below is our fulfillment policy to clarify how we deliver our services:

  1. In-Person Services:
    All standard services, including content creation and social media management, are provided in person or executed on behalf of the client after consultations or agreed-upon sessions.

  2. Virtual Consultations:
    Virtual consultations are available and must be booked in advance. These consultations are conducted via video call and are non-refundable. The meeting link will be provided upon confirmation of payment and scheduling.

  3. Service Delivery Timeline:
    Delivery timelines and project completion will be clearly outlined during the onboarding process or initial consultation. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

  4. No Physical Product Delivery:
    Content Therapy does not provide physical goods. All services are digital or in-person experiences.

  5. Refunds and Rescheduling:
    Virtual consultations must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting the booking fee. Refunds are not available for missed consultations or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

  6. Client Responsibilities:
    Clients are expected to provide necessary information, approvals, and materials in a timely manner to ensure efficient project completion.
